Returns & Exchanges
Every Ave Atelier garment is made especially for you after your order is placed.
Because each piece is produced on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change-of-mind purchases.
Please review our size guide before placing your order. If you have any questions beforehand, we’re always happy to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
